What is Fear?

 
When your bodies resources drop below a critical level and the immune system can no longer
fight the opportunitistic virus off, they take over and you become sick.
Why would your immune system suddenly not be able to fight them off?
Because it had little resources to draw from since your body is continually
in flight or fight mode to your fear - stress ( real or imagined ) circumstance.
The longer you are in fear and stress the sicker you become, the more brittle your bones become,
because your body draws calcium from your bones to help fuel the energy needed to keep your body alert in flight or fight mode.
Stress - Fear can kill you!
Its no joke, people have literally been scared to death!
Their body just stops!
The more fear - stress, the less alive you are.
Its all very simple.
The more fear you have, the less love your body is experiencing.
The less love your body is experiencing, the less healthy.

So what is fear?
An imagined negative circumstance, that you think is real.
Illusion.

What does fear do to you?
Causes stress which:
Weakens your immune system
Causes depression.
Ceases all growth in the body.
Takes away important resources needed for vital organs.
Makes the body less efficient and less healthy.
Fear limits or ability to connect with love.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

Fear is sneaky it gets the best of us.
